When I show you my face,
what do you see?
Do you see the being I have become;
one who has disregarded the morals of society and sanity
to embrace the hedonistic pleasures others fear - and lust?
Do you see the child that would lie and cheat
to avoid responsibility at any cost?
Do you see the soul devoid of emotion
that ridicules love and compassion, 
considering them the delusions of the ignorant?
 

Do you see those creations in my face?
 

If I show you my eyes,
what will you see?
Will you see the being that is terrified of the creature it may have become
and lusts desperately for the sane life you endure?
Will you see the child so eager for acceptance,
yet so confused and entangled by its world
that questions of morals are sacrificed for raw survival?
Will you see the soul that became detached
as a result of the savage intimacies life necessitated;
a soul that cries out for humanity?

Will you see me exposed, or will you turn your face away?
