I fell asleep in his arms that last night..snuggled close as only a lover can.
I remember never feeling so safe, never before feeling so wanted or loved.
our bodies exhausted from the passion we had shared,
yet my mind drifting, trying to memorize every detail, 
the taste of him, the scent of him, the warmth of him...
trying to breathe him into my soul.
I remember it all now looking back.. remember and smile..
because even if only for a while..I had found my forever in his arms.
